The HTD-83 (500kHz) Hydrophone features a streamlined cylindrical structure that minimizes drag and hydrodynamic noise. Specially tuned and optimized, its self-noise level is below the ambient noise of Sea State Zero, making it particularly suitable for marine acoustic monitoring.
